Features and benefits of AVK needle valves
We offer a wide range of needle valves with high quality materials. Our standard range offers a wide variety of products, from DN80 to DN2200 and PN10, 16, 25 and 40. Furthermore, upon request, we can offer needle valves up to DN2400 and in PN64 and PN100. AVK needle valves are therefore also recommended for regulation in large diameter and high pressure pipes.
Needle valve with cutting-edge design
The AVK needle valves are linear type regulation and control valves, designed with a monobloc body structure and an innovative design for flow optimization in order to guarantee a precise regulation of the flow rate and pressure of the water and a reduced pressure drop in the open valve position.
Our needle valves require very low operating torques, as the piston is always in hydraulic balance with equal force on both sides at all valve positions. This feature facilitates the operation of all actuators and significantly reduces the costs of actuators and gearboxes.
High quality and long lasting needle valves
With all internal and moving parts made of stainless steel, the valves guarantee long life. The body is completely protected by an FBE epoxy coating. Furthermore, the gaskets constitute a long-lasting system and a high-performance seal, located in the non-flow zone and easily replaceable without dismantling the valve from the pipeline. The valves are equipped with a special, innovative seal for a perfect, two-way seal, and all seals are securely placed in the dry zone. Furthermore, the compact piston is equipped with 4-6 replaceable bronze guides to ensure very low vibrations.
AVK needle valves undergo rigorous quality control carried out with the help of modern equipment, such as static and dynamic test benches, and the quality parameters are carefully verified by our highly qualified staff.
